This policy explains what personal data AllCalculatorNl.com (“we”, “us”) processes and why. We follow the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR, in Dutch AVG).
1. Calculator inputs stay in your browser
All calculations run in JavaScript on your own device. Amounts, birth dates, health values and other inputs are not sent to our server and we do not store them.
2. What we do process
- Server logs: our hosting provider records technical data such as IP address, user agent, requested URL and time, to deliver the site and protect it against abuse. These logs are kept for a limited period.
- Messages you send us: if you email us, we process your email address and message to reply.
- Currency rates: the currency converters ask a public exchange-rate API (api.frankfurter.dev, based on ECB data) for the current rate. Your browser contacts that service directly, so it will see your IP address. No amounts are sent.
3. Legal bases
We rely on our legitimate interest in running and securing the website (logs), and on your request when you contact us.
4. Cookies and similar technologies
At the time of writing the site does not set tracking or advertising cookies. See our Cookie Policy. If we later add analytics or advertising, we will update this policy and ask for consent before setting non-essential cookies.
5. Sharing
We do not sell personal data. We share data only with infrastructure providers who host the site and process it on our instructions, or when the law requires.
6. Retention
Server logs are kept for a short operational period. Emails are kept as long as needed to handle your question.
7. Your rights
You may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability and object to processing. Write to hello@allcalculatornl.com. You also have the right to complain to the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens).
8. External links
We link to official and third-party sites. Their privacy practices are their own responsibility.
9. Changes
We may update this policy and will change the date at the top of the page when we do.
